今日は昨日の続きです。
昨日は「どんなことも100%全力でやる」という御言葉についてでした。

100%でやらなければいけないことは分かったのですが、
でもその「100%全力」という状態がどういうなのか、
はっきり掴み切れていなかったのです。
でも、今回のこの有料記事￬￬￬の御言葉で理解出来ました!
全力でやるとは、「集中してやる」ということ、
集中して短時間で結果を出すこと。
そうすると休む時間も取れるので、
休める時は休めば良いということでした。
私は「100%全力」のイメージを、
「24時間緊張の糸を解くな!」という意味で捉えていたので😅、
今回の記事を読んで「なるほど～!」と思ったと同時に、
少しホッとしました。
神様が全力でやる方なので、
私たちも全力で、
その時その時、集中力を持ってやらなければいけないのですね。
まさに精神統一です。
どちらかというと、私はボーっとしやすいので、
かなりの意識改革が必要ですが、まずはやってみようと思います。
そして、
集中出来ない人は、雑念が多いともおっしゃっていました。
これはしっかりお祈りで悔い改めて、
クリアな状態になることが重要です。
毎日悔い改めて、コツコツと努力していれば変わることができると、
ラプトさんはお話して下さっています。
「100%全力」が、
一日二日で出来るようになるとはとても思えません。
でも、毎日悔い改めながら励んでいけば良いのなら、
私はとても嬉しいです。(私はコツコツ好きなので。)

Today I continue where I left off yesterday.
