私は明け方のお祈り(１時～４時半)を続けています。

なぜ、わざわざこの時間帯にお祈りするかというと、

この時間帯が一番神様と繋がりやすく、

お祈りの効果が高いとの御言葉があり、

私自身もそのように実感しているからです。
