The following (purple box) is an excerpt from the Word of God.
My love is eternal.
But you human beings are immediately attracted to what is not eternal, and you try to obtain it, or even after obtaining it, you cling to it desperately so as not to lose it.
It is utter foolishness.
Human love is not eternal either.
No matter how much a person likes you, that love will not last forever.
”Human love is not eternal either." I think that is absolutely true.
No matter how much a person loves a human being, his or her heart will change from one situation to another, depending on circumstances and moods, and that love will not necessarily last forever.
But God also tells us, "I will continue to love you as long as you obey my Word."
I am so thankful that God will continue to love us forever because of our obedience,
and I believe that is what salvation is all about.
The reason why Judas Iscariot was able to remain as one of the Twelve Disciples until the end is that he pretended to be righteous just like the Twelve Disciples, only in form.
However, when Jesus saw Judas like that, He knew that he was always concerned only with the form and did not truly understand the Word of God or the heart of Jesus.
So he saw through the attempt to betray Jesus and told Judas, "Do what you want to do."
So how could Jesus see through that?
How did he know that Judas was pretending to be righteous?
It was because Judas had not made loving Jesus his first priority.
When he saw the disparate priorities of loving other brothers first, or even loving the man of the world before his brothers, he immediately knew that Judas was hypocritically righteous.
I finally understood why Jesus had seen through it.
Judas was a man in a state of being able to be near Jesus, but he did not firmly realize the Word that Jesus spoke and heart,
Furthermore, Jesus saw that Judas did not love Jesus first and foremost.
To say that he did not love Jesus first, that would mean that he didn't love God either, I think.
I'm at a loss for words… 😥.
For example, when Mary Magdalene broke a costly jar and poured perfumed oil on Jesus, Judas foolishly said, "I should have sold that perfumed oil and sold it to the poor.
However, Jesus severely rebuked such a Judas and, on the contrary, accepted Mary's deed.
Why, because Mary's actions were the right priority and what Judas said was the wrong priority.
What Judas said, in other words, was, "Love the poor of this world more than you love Jesus.
But that is a word against my Word.
At first glance, giving alms to the poor seems like the right thing to do.
But while we can give alms to the poor at any time, loving Jesus is only possible when He is right in front of us, and He could not be with us indefinitely.
In this God's words, ' What Judas said, in other words, was, "Love the poor of this world more than you love Jesus."' I really huffed at that,
and, I could understand in my mind that that was what he was talking about.
Giving to the poor sounds like the right thing to do,
However, I understood that we must not make the mistake of judging what is the most important thing to do in the situation where Jesus is in front of us.
In fact, Jesus talked to his disciples from early on that he would eventually die on the cross.
Mary had heard this story, too, and she sincerely wished to at least show her love to Jesus before he died.
And seeing such love for him, Jesus was truly moved and had no choice but to accept her deed wholeheartedly.
But Judas did not understand such feelings of Mary or of Jesus.
I think that Mary, who broke the expensive jar of perfumed oil and pouring it on Jesus, firmly realized Jesus and loved and appreciated Him with a love that was in accordance with the Word of God.
And that means, in other words,
I think that she loved God with all her heart.
Other quotes from the Bible include "Martha and Mary".
Please see my past articles on this subject, if you would like to read them.
The word " priority " appears both in the God's words about Judas and about Mary.
It means to love God and the One whom He has sent to the earth in His time first and foremost.
To love God and the One whom He has sent to the earth first and foremost, with a love that is in accordance with the God's Words (not love of a secular dimension between humans).
I reminded myself once again that I must live my daily life not by being careless, but by obeying the Word of God, not the common sense of the world, so as not to make a mistake in this " order of priority " and become hypocritical in my faith, which is only a form of pretending to be good.
Please pray that all mankind may obtain true salvation and live each day filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit.
I pray that many who have awakened to the truth will follow the Word of God in obedience and will now be able to regain the earth filled with God's love.
But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!
For you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men; for you neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in.
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!
For you devour widows' houses, and for a pretense make long prayers.
Therefore you will receive greater condemnation.
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!
For you travel land and sea to win one proselyte, and when he is won, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves.
<Matthew 23:13-15>
In the meantime, when an innumerable multitude of people had gathered together, so that they trampled one another, He began to say to His disciples first of all, "Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known.
Therefore whatever you have spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear in inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops.
